Services provided by Khalil Kavon Studios are creative and strategic in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, audience growth, or media placements as a result of our work. Results vary based on client participation, market conditions, and factors outside of KKS's control.

Intellectual Property

All creative work, concepts, strategies, frameworks, and deliverables produced by KKS remain the intellectual property of Khalil Kavon Studios until payment is received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the signed project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

KKS is not liable for delays, errors, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from a client's failure to provide accurate information, brand assets, timely approvals, or necessary feedback within agreed timelines.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Khalil Kavon Studios, its founder, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

KKS agrees to keep all client information, brand strategy, and proprietary business details confidential. The client agrees not to share, reproduce, or distribute KKS's proprietary frameworks, processes, methodologies, or deliverables without prior written consent from Khalil Kavon Studios.

Right to Showcase Work

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to project commencement, Khalil Kavon Studios reserves the right to showcase completed work, project outcomes, and results in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials for promotional purposes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute arising from our services or this agreement, both parties agree to first pursue resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Khalil Kavon Studios does not offer refunds on deposits, retainers, or completed work. In the event of a project cancellation, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and due immediately.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Khalil Kavon Studios reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of this site following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
